They advertise so can get appointment in advance but can only get the on the day and if none left told to call the next day my medical still cant be seen by doctors allergies not record and past illness no record delayed diagnosis

Rang surgery at 11:24am was number 4 in the queue, had to cancel call after holding for 1hr 30mins. Tried calling immediately afterward now number 11 in queue had to call it a day and cancel again. Really poor service, holyhead mgmt please do better as this seems to be common thread in Google review.

An outstanding, caring practice. Although its challenging to get an appointment on preferred time. Once in, team very friendly and helpful and the doctors are amazing.

Wonderful services and consultation is very appropriate. All staff are very polite and kind. Need to contact well advanced to get appointment for preferred GP and time

I’ve been with the GP here for few years & have always found them to be thorough & caring. I just went for a regular check-up but they answered all my questions and made me feel at ease Really appreciate the advice & help.
