Whenever I come to the appointment I feel too safe. Today I booked appointment with clinician. She's polite, lovely and interaction with her is extremely good. Reception people are polite whatever patient need they'll try to help them. Even though interaction with doctors are good enough. when it comes to health issues they'll prescribe what exactly patient needs.

I'm satisfied about the appointments and with the clinicians. I've spoke to doctor today, too gentle and had good conversation. Sometime bit difficult to ring 8 morning but overall it's good service.

They advertise so can get appointment in advance but can only get the on the day and if none left told to call the next day my medical still cant be seen by doctors allergies not record and past illness no record delayed diagnosis

Rang surgery at 11:24am was number 4 in the queue, had to cancel call after holding for 1hr 30mins. Tried calling immediately afterward now number 11 in queue had to call it a day and cancel again. Really poor service, holyhead mgmt please do better as this seems to be common thread in Google review.
