Since moving to this practice I have seen how great it is, I am treated as a patient and not a number. I was extremely pleased to be listened to and treated with respect and understanding. The doctor I saw was outstanding, confident and kind and referred me for the treatment I need. The receptionists are all very nice and always have a smile.

Waited weeks for an appointment. On arrival doctor told me she only had 10 minutes to talk to me therefore didn't have time to address all my issues, I would have make another appointment!! Also not one hand dispenser had any sanitizer in them, everyone of them was empty

I saw this doctor who was in my opinion excellent. He listened to my various concerns and was both kind, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I had not met him before, as sometimes trying to see a doctor can be very difficult, but would thoroughly recommend him.

This practice has changed a lot and it often takes much longer to either speak to or see anyone. Recently I had both a telephone appointment and face to face appointment about different problems with different doctors. I had to wait 1 - 2 weeks for both appointments, one concerning possible infection which would have been helpful sooner. I was told that the 2 appointments were allocated to the problems differently from the doctors and the most urgent problem to me was to wait. However, the first doctor understood my need for different help and was very helpful, also the 2nd doctor when I still needed to see her the following week. Everything has now been dealt with at present.

I was Seen by a junior doctor from Southampton hospital first and he was fantastic, gave me the information I required and got the diagnosis I needed.

I have been suffering with chronic pain for a few years now. I usually see a specific Dr I think she is a locum. She has seen me on a few occasions and knows a lot about my current situation. I have been going through the pain and fatigue clinic who have been absolutely amazing. The Dr who I'm in contact with through the pain and fatigue clinic have sent a headed letter to the drs surgery requesting for me to get to see this specific Dr. I managed to get to see a Dr but not the one I was expecting. I'm not satisfied with the outcome as I felt a bit fobbed off. And my issues requested from the pain and fatigue clinic was not dealt with the way the letter stated. I will be trying to get to find out when that gp is available and hopefully get a more positive outcome. As I feel no different from seeing the Dr to now.

I was given an appointment within one week to discuss an existing condition. The doctor was very thorough & reassuring. We agreed on an on going treatment plan which I was happy with.

I found that the doctor put me at ease and made me feel at ease i came away feeling more at ease so dont know what more i can say so you say i need to put at least 100 chharacters but it is very hard to come up with.any more to say
