Plenty if time with GP face to face to discuss concerns. Examination as thorough and a plan made going forward. If there is ever a problem (rare) it's always sorted out within 24 hours.

Warm,welcoming, highly professional with time for the patient. A very good experience, thank you. Surgery was well managed, with an air of calm and competent control, the nursing team appeared happy, and displayed care for the most vulnerable patients.

I went in for an appointment to have the coil changed by a GP with assistance from a nurse. Both were friendly, chatty, and kept me informed through the whole process. I felt at ease and considering the procedure, I was fairly comfortable. It was done within 10 minutes. Both were incredibly lovely and I felt they were both passionate about what they do.

I saw the doctor for a non urgent appointment. I felt that she knew her stuff and put my mind at ease. I did not feel rushed at all, and I felt that she was listening to all that I said.

I had a recent appointment at the surgery , the doctor arranged for an x-ray which I had the next day.I then received my results in 2 days. So I was very impressed.

After having major surgery recently, I have had cause to contact my doctor to arrange additional medication, the doctor phoned me to check my condition and to ensure the medication was right for my symptoms. Whilst talking to the Doctor about medication, I mentioned a problem I’d been experiencing since leaving hospital, the Doctor immediately made a face to face appointment for me. At the appointment we discussed the best way forward to resolve my medical issue, the Doctor has also asked the nurse to ensure I’m added to next joint injection clinic. It is sometimes difficult to get through to see a Doctor but having a telephone consultation can sometimes work you, I think that sometimes the reception team don’t understand the issue a patient may have where an actual face to face appointment might be better for both patients and Doctors.

Went as the Dr want to see him and he couldn't remember why . I asked 1 question he couldn't answer. More questions than answers. Still at least is was face to face and not send a photo to a nurse or health care assistant which is the standard request. It is a real shame how a once great and caring GP to the un caring one it is now.

So efficient so helpful so kind don’t judge the nurse I saw yesterday got me all caught up on lady things I’ve been to many practise moving home a lot. I will never leave I highly recommend this practice

Excellent attention to issues discussed with consultant, proactive advice and treatment. I felt that my opinion was listened too and treatment options explored to improve my current situation.
