Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The South African doctor was amazing and patient to my 3 year old. When we walked in my daughter started crying. She then waited patiently for my daughter to calm down and then within 5-0minutes they were best friends 🤭. I live in Basingstoke and we were sent to Hook due to it being a Sunday. But my husband and I actually both agreed we would drive the 25minutes just because of the service we got. Thank you very much

I am lucky and rarely need to see a doctor. Today I needed advice and reassurance for ongoing symptoms linked to a cold. First I spoke to a receptionist, then the duty doctor called me and then I came in to be checked face to face. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind, concerned and helpful, in spite of being incredibly busy. Thank you to everyone for your kindness and professionalism. I hope to keep my record of infrequent visits in the future but it is so good to know what a great team of people you are and that you are there to help us when we need it most. We are very fortunate to have you all.
