   Being old school, I asked for an old fashioned paper prescription which I could take to a pharmacy in Northumberland. Very helpful member of staff phoned me, she identified the nearest pharmacy in Northumberland, sent them an electronic prescription and it was dispensed within hours. Great service, initiative and best use of modern technology. (The NHS won’t allow me to name the member of staff and give a personal accolade)
