Review titled Very concerning

The surgery staff were smoking in the surgery premises. There were cigarette butts all over the floor. Surely this isn't allowed.

Review titled Reckless behaviours

Getting an appointment when needed is impossible. The receptionist said the soonest slot available was two weeks away. Despite the occasional emergency morning appointments, the receptionist, who isn't medically trained, dismissed the possibility based on my symptoms. Then, she suggested I see a pharmacist instead, claiming there'd be a doctor on-site, which turned out to be a lie. I don't know where the issues lies, but it is evident that the current situation compromises the delivery of an acceptable standard of care.

Review titled Incredibly disorganised
Rated 1 star out of 5

This practice is incredibly disorganised. They have lost referrals in the system, repeatedly failed to upload documents and test reports to my medical file, there is no consistency in follow-up after consultations, the medical advice between doctors is conflicting. The list goes on. The worst is you can tell them about all this and there seems to be little concern about improving anything.

Review titled Unable to provide a service
Rated 1 star out of 5

Have continuously had difficultly seeing someone in a timely manner at this practice, which culminated in being offered a telephone appointment almost two weeks in the future at my most recent request to see a GP. No in-person appointment was available at all, I was told. This was after the receptionist suggested I see a pharmacist instead -- I wonder how many patients have seen their conditions worsen as a result of being convinced not to see a GP by a non-medically-trained receptionist? I don't know if the practice has too few staff or too many patients, but either way it is clearly not able to provide an acceptable standard of care.
