   The primary grouse we have with the surgery is not with the medical service , which is top quality fr my point of view, but with the tortuous system of seeking and obtaining an appointment. It is time all the references tor covid and face-masks ceased. We appreciate the surgery is busy, but do we really have to wait so long for an answer to a 'phone enquiry ?
