I was having a problem with using the patches app and a lovely polite young lady that works there was so helpful and very patient with helping me out, if i could of named her i would have as she definately deserves 5 stars ,well done keep up the good work.

I called today to get my partner an appointment as he had surgery from cancer 2 years ago and where he had the surgery has been getting infected alot and swollen,he is waiting to get surgery on it again as the area has died round it, but untill then hes in alot of pain. I explained this to her and her reply was well what do you expect the doctor to do about it in a cocky attitude, im absolutely fuming and i wish i could talk directly to my doctor instead of someone with a cocky attitude that think they know it all.

Excellent practice. All of the staff are extremely helpful, from the reception staff to the clinical staff. The Advanced Nurse Practitioner has been so supportive and did everything in her power to help me. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful too.
