Entire team and the key Doctor of Hounslow family practice has been very efficient in dealing with my request and health issues at every stage. Their online Ask my GP service is quite effective reliable and fast to pick up my health concern and revert back to me within few hours with all the necessary consultation, medical advice, prescription......all from exactly my chosen doctor itself. Medical care and advice were offered to me effectively with different options after listening to every detail of my health issue and being considerate to ensure the treatments were aligned to suite my complex life style and different work pattern.

Since 2018 I have been registered with Hounslow Family Practice, they have always treated me very well and solved all my medical problems, whenever I have needed something they have provided it to me without problems, efficiently and quickly. Every time I put a request in Ask my GP, the doctor responds to me very quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the doctors and the reception staff. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a blood test done and was immediately asked to contact gp after which I was referred to the hospital for further tests. I was asked to let them know if hospital doesn’t give me appointment within 3 days. I was very fortunate I got the appointment really quickly at hospital. All the team specially the doctors at the practice are very reliable professional and get things done really quickly. I suffer from asthma and thyroid and acidity problems. I have always been emailed or called in order to make an appointment so that things can be checked out regularly. All is really excellent at surgery and they are all well trained and well polite. I am fortunate that I am registered with a very good surgery and the entire team are pnenomenal

Having been a patient of the practice for over thirty years I'm quite disapointed with how the practice is being run at this current time. The practice was very caring and the Dr was always available for queries, However recently they are requesting for every request to be logged online no matter how urgent and these aren't responded too in a timely manner. As an example a request has so far taken 3 weeks to be reviewed by a Dr and all the receptionist can advise is this is due to the Bank holiday. This also happens with repeat prescriptions as these aren't processed for weeks at times even when marked as urgent. This has resulted in older patients deterioration in quality of health and neglect for younger patients. Its disapointing to see a surgery drop its high quality to lower standards. I hope they do improve or action points are in place to ensure a better service for patients.

This practice has cared for and treated my family, and my medical condition for over 45 years. It's well staffed, and always considerate and empathetic. Communication is great, with askpmygp providing further options to engage the practice. Appointments and repeat prescriptions are provided quickly, and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

I have been with the Hounslow Family since I was born. Theres a clear reason for this, it is because the surgery has always gone the extra mile to support me. They are responsive and caring. Introducing the new ask my GP function is amazing, they always get back to me so fast. I had Vertigo and High Blood Pressure and I was contacted promptly with steps on what i should do next. This is a GP surgery that really does care.

No matter what the issue or query, the team provides an excellent service. Getting through on the telephone can sometimes be challenging but there are alternative methods to use.
