Visited my practice today. I had no problems getting my appointment and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The GP that saw me was extremely thorough and concise.

My appt was with the nurse practitioner who was efficient, knowledgeable and kind. I am happy with the service provided.

I can honestly say, I do not like the new NHS system of having to go to the drs in which you have to go to a pharmacy to consult with the pharmacist your health problem, only to be then having being referred back to the surgery by the Pharmacist to see a Dr, I was lucky that my pharmacist and Dr's outcome was a successful one for me, however I see big problems with this new system, it puts to much pressure on the Pharmacist and most of all the patients.

Appointment straight away on the day. Seen on time but could have done with more time with Dr to discuss other worrying concerns.

I really like the way all the medical professionals talk to my teenage son directly and not just me. They explain treatments or medications he needs to him so he can also learn about his own body. All staff I've met at this practisevhave been lovely and very approachable.

Called yesterday no appointments, told to call again early, I was in pain so offered an appointment. Been for X-ray and physio booked. Surgery always helpful and friendly.

I attended my gp practice today. I was seen promptly. My treatment was fully explained. Excellent service received. I saw Nurse tg. She also arranged to send me a reminder before my next treatment.
