I took my 3 month old for her immunisations and it was a positive experience and not scary at all. The nurse was lovely and made us feel really comfortable and was great with my baby.

I've been with Hoylake and Meols Medical Centre for many years. Recently I've needed to make several requests for medications which have originally been issued by others within the NHS. Some of these have been difficult to locate but the Medication Manager and others within the administration team have gone out of their way to liaise with others to find the required items. I would like to sincerely thank those involved for their professionalism and perseverance. Thank you for what you do. Thank you. Peter.

Visited in January with my daughter, saw an ANP who was extremely helpful and explained everything to my daughter and myself. Lovely staff from reception group to the doctors.

Visited the practice with my wife for our travel vaccinations. Everything went like clockwork. There was no waiting at all. The staff was extremely pleasant and ultra professional. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much.

Had a couple of occasions recently when I have needed to speak to a GP. Have been in to the surgery for a face to face appointment and also had telephone consultations, all done with utmost professionalism.

I saw the advanced nurse practitioner with regards to my daughter, she was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I have also seen the GP's at this practice and cannot fault them. Reception are always very helpful.

Able to get appointments, friendly helpful reception staff and GP's. Daughter appointment today with GP, explained everything to her and put her at ease.

Hospital made an error re medication. Staff at Hoylake & Meols went above & beyond to help resolve the issue. Great practice & great staff.
