   I had to jump through countless hoops just to get an appointment. In the end, I gave up and went to the nearest A&E, which was completely overcrowded (and honestly, it's no surprise!). The surgery appears to be deliberately making it harder for patients to access care. From implementing a complex, often frustrating online e-consult form to refusing to accept calls or emails for clinical inquiries, they seem to be creating more barriers. Now, with the surgery closing daily from 12pm to 2pm, it raises the question—what other business operates like this? Where is the regulation and oversight? How are they allowed to operate in this way, negatively impacting their patients?
