My appointment was at 9:30. Other patient who was talking to me, was going to see the same doctor at 9:45. She was seen before me at 10ish. I waited until 11h. I ended going home without seeing the Dr for my appointment cos nobody called me

If I could honestly register with another practice I would ! Takes 100 plus phone calls to eventually get through to then be put into another queue. Sick of them playing the covid card and you can’t get to see a doctor never mind get a telephone consultation. This is not a viable fit for purpose nhs doctors surgery.
