I spent 25 minutes this morning on hold to book an appointment. When I was eventually able to speak to someone I was informed that there were no bookable appointments for the next three weeks. I wished to book an appointment for the w/c 6th February but I was told there were none. I asked to book for the following week but I was told these will not be released until this time next week. I have a constant ringing and hum in both my ears and would like to see a GP regarding this. It is not always possible to ring the surgery every day to wait on hold for 25 minutes to be told there are no appointments as I work full time usually starting at 8am. It is totally unacceptable to expect people to wait in excess of 3 weeks to see a GP.

My appointment was at 9:30. Other patient who was talking to me, was going to see the same doctor at 9:45. She was seen before me at 10ish. I waited until 11h. I ended going home without seeing the Dr for my appointment cos nobody called me
