   This surgery used to have the best reputation in the area. However, now it is a shambles. My husband has been trying to make an appointment for weeks and cannot get through on the phone. I went down to the surgery in person and made an appointment for him and even got it written down. When he showed up they said they had no record of it and said he could only make and appointment by phone. Madness.

   I am sorry you experienced poor service, we have and are undergoing changes in management and hopefully you will see improvement soon Interim PM
