   The surgery is very hard to contact if you do get through expect a 30 min wait time. Econsult not usable which isnt of any help to get to talk or see a doctor. No idea why this has been like this for such a long time, Appreciate Covid, staff shortages etc - but no improvement made - was such a great surgery shame not now.

   I am sorry you experienced poor service, we have and still are undergoing changes in management and hopefully you will see improvement soon Interim PM
