This practice has undoubtedly a great medical team, but it is backed up by a caring, positive and responsive team of admin and surgery staff. The reception team are fantastic, always helpful and treat you like you truly matter. I also had the pleasure of being seen by a trainee GP on a day when I was feeling particularly unwell, and his time, care and attention was remarkable. He is a credit to your practice

After completing the online form, I was contacted within a very short time confirming a face to face appointment with a Doctor that afternoon. This was very reassuring. Overall I am so grateful to the team for the excellent level of care and support I've had for my Asthma condition over the Christmas period. Thank you.

I have recently had an appointment with a doctor at this practice. Once again I received really good thorough care. I was treated with respect, listened to and my questions answered. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hulme Hall Medical Group to anyone.

I have recently had help from the administration team at this practice. They went over and above , what I am sure are their normal work duties, to help me with an administration problem regarding an issue I had with obtaining a blue badge application form.

Each time we rarely need help from the GP they are super responsive, supportive and the caring. Really appreciate the way the practice looks after my children when they are acutely unwell. Today my child was unwell and we were seen by 11am and the doctor was fantastic. NHS care at its best when they are under pressure.

Very pleased with the surgery: - One of the nurses was very professional with my recent flu jab: totally painless jan and she has a lovely manner - Surgery staff, including the pharmacy team, were very helpful earlier this year in supporting and chasing my application with other NHS bodies to secure a necessary, but not usually prescribed item, for me. Now prescribed on an on-going basis. - Last year one of the doctors was very thorough and persistent in understanding my husband’s illness which led to my husband receiving the necessary in-patient hospital treatment.

Fantastic doctor who listens, is kind and patient, explaining everything to me Referring me to hospital to investigate further. Everybody at my practice is lovely. I consider myself to be very lucky to be looked after by such a dedicated group of people.

This GP surgery is wonderful. I filled out an online form at 9:30 feeling unwell, and by 11 I was seen, with a script. Where else would that happen without charge and with all the noise about GPs out there at the moment, that simple amazing fact is seldom celebrated. No one can be perfect but responsive same day access like this is marvellous . It is consistently good eg with my children . Thank you we are super impressed
