Spent over 2hrs in a queue on the phone when I eventually got through was told to ring at 8am or go to surgery at 8am as lots of people are doing to make an appointment.If it was urgent they told me to go to the hospital or I could have a doctors appointment on 11th November. Because of not getting appointments the things you wish to discuss become more than just the original problem and when you eventually get an appointment there's not enough time to discuss everything. I feel like many others completely let down by the whole Manor House experience. The whole system needs completely overhauling and put the patients first I don't know why I bothered ringing as I know feel worse than I did. When is somebody going to take responsibility for this mess.
