I understand there’s lots of phone calls to take, but If you’re not up to it please don’t take the job as you make it very difficult. Already the patient is ill and trying to seek help. Please don’t take advantage of your position, you know too well we are at your mercy

We never take advantage of any of our patients who seek help from us. Recently we have recruited a few more receptionists to improve our patient experience. This practice is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. After a consultation,the doctor failed to issue the prescription that she said she would.On querying this the receptionist was completely unhelpful and dismissive of my situation, offering no help whatsoever. I will certainly be looking for an alternative practice.
