As the main point of contact for my 94 year old father in law I frequently need to contact Hungerford Surgery via phone or in person. At all times they have demonstrated a professional and caring ability to resolve any issue and are a pleasure to deal with. Whilst queing today it is impossible not to over hear the challenging conversations they had to deal with from patients yet they maintained a calm, happy to help demeanor. I cannot praise them enough.
