I called for an appointment for my dad who wasn't given enough medicine after he left hospital. I had a phone call from the GP the same day who was able to prescribe the medication for him. I really appreciate all the help and effort from the staff, doctors and nurses, they looked after my dad really well!

Been at this gp 4 years now. 2 whole appointments and a diagnosis disappeared from gp computer for a start and Denys the appointments even took place ? Visited yday to see nurse fr healthcheck. I was stood at the door a good ten min as I tried to open it but it’s very heavy and I have disabled hand so assumed the door was still electrical opening as it had been for the last 4 years I’ve visited only handful of times .. so I knock on the window as the receptionist nee I was ther from the start and he gestured me to come in, so with to much force I can cope with rench the door open. I polity tried to point out that the signs on the door a deceiving and should be taken off as it states ‘electric doors stand clear.’ ?? Receptionist very rudely replied “ well no one has ever complained about the door before “ ??? I’m sure they have ^^^i had my appointment I needed results of X-ray I had the week before . The receptionist was being very difficult now telling me my hip X-ray just say arthritis in the toe ??? So I’m confused and asked him to explain he replied with arrogantly ‘ can you not hear what I say’ I replied with yes but I’m not understanding, he then read the same out again leaving me baffled I had to leave as I coudnt be spoken to this way I left the surgery and cried all day this made my depression a whole lot worse just from how this man treated me disgusting can’t get past reception and 60 calls from 8am to be told appointments gone can not get an appointment either it’s the worst surgery losing information seems to be regular occurrence

Had a phone consultation as I was getting serious pains, antibiotics prescribed with seeing me. Finally got a face to face appointment, locum dr wasn't happy and sent me for blood tests. Day after the test I was rushed into hospital to be treated for sepsis and have emergency surgery. This could have been a completely different outcome if the locum hadn't been so concerned
