Always treated with respect and my problems attended to by all staff at the clinic. I just wish we could go back to booking appointments online as before covid.

I have recently visited sternhall Lane and have received the best care. During my visit the reception team was so kind and patient and the GP I spoke to was also excellent. I experienced the best level of care during my visit.

My husband is severely disabled by Parkinson’s with Lewy Body disease. We need to watch out for infections. He had come to the Riverside Practice for a routine injection (more great practice there too). I asked at reception if someone could also check him quickly because I was worried about a cough he was developing. Before he was ill, we would have waited to see if it developed further. Now it is important to keep on top of infections. The receptionist was as helpful as it is possible to be: he went and knocked on the door of a doctor whose next patient had not yet arrived. That doctor double checked his next patient was not there (he expressed particular concern because the patient was a child). When he realised the next patient was still not there he took my husband to his room, checked thoroughly his chest, oxygen and heart and was able to reassure us. I really don’t think the Clinic staff could have done more for us.

I have been registered at the clinic fir a long time. I liked how I got on an appointment due to my problem referred to the hospital same day. The dr was absolutely brilliant and really brilliant showed concern talked calmly about possibilties made me feel at ease thank you for such care and a big thank you to the reception team

Having just had eye surgery and requiring eye drops 4 times a day I somehow “mislaid” one of the three prescription drops to be taken at regular intervals! The staff were terrific and replaced the necessary prescription straight away! I really appreciate the team effort Thank you

I was recently referred by one of the nurses at the Riverside Clinic to see the Gynaecologist who has started working there. In the past I have had a referral to see a gynaecologist where I have had to wait for a hospital appointment so it was absolutely brilliant to be able to see the consultant at the surgery. Having that access to be able to see someone easily at the surgery took alot of the stress that I would have had if I was waiting for a hospital appointment. She was absolutely brilliant - kind, patient and happy to listen. To have this initiative feels like you are really supported and that the access to help and advice is there. I'm sure so many people will benefit from this. Thank you so much!

Spoke to Dr re my ongoing problem with my knee as l had been given a second steroid injection at St Thomas’s which l said l didn’t want but was persuaded to have. The result was that my knee was worse then before l had it. The Dr said that he wanted to see me. I duly went and he was excellent. He sent a letter to the orthopaedic dept re the state of my knee and sorted out my meds. I’m truly grateful to him.

I was referred by one of the GPs at the Hurley Clinic to see a gynaecologist, who has recently started working several days at the Riverside practice. She was extremely helpful. I think this is an excellent initiative which a number of patients will benefit from.

I have been to the surgery with swelling on my hands and feet. I was sent for tests in order to find the cause as well as given medication to ease my discomfort due to the swelling while we wait for the test results. I was then referred to the hospital for specialist care. I really appreciate the surgery’s very speedy help and the caring support of the GPs. Much recommended.
