Booked a late appointment but was seen with no trouble or issues. Extremely polite and caring receptionist. Hardly any wait time. The GP was considerate, listened carefully and outlined a plan of action. Extremely happy with how all of this went.

I would like to thank the Lead Nurse, District Nurses and Community Nursing team for the dedicated care they have delivered to a family member. The NHS is stretched to the limit and the media take every opportunity to knock staff, but I want to stress that our relative has received superb, compassionate care from all she has come into contact with. A heartfelt thank you.

On the day I went to Riverside Practice surgery the staff were very helpful and professional. The GP I met was very helpful, kind and caring.

I had a very successful appointment with the gynaecologist who is now attached to the practice. She was extremely reassuring and was able to assess my needs and make the appropriate referral and issue a prescription for medication. Her support and constructive assessment was outstanding. I have been having problems for several months and with her assistance I feel I am now well on the way to resolving the problems with my health. Many thanks also to the GP who referred me to the in house gynaecology service.

I’ve had a great experience for my gynaecologist consultation regarding endometriosis. My doctor was very friendly and professional. She also had vast expert knowledge and answers all my questions. Highly recommend!

If it works well, it works really well; if not well, it’s terrible. My experience today was great…. great! On time, helpful, informative, reassuring, collaborative, and well informed. It was a review with the pharmacist. If only it were always like this.

After experiencing problems with sudden weight loss I was looked after by the practice with such speed. Tests and X-rays and blood tests arranged by a caring team from a friendly reception to a calming reassuring professional doctor . Follow-ups arranged and medicine agreed overseen by a pharmacist. For being a often forgotten senior I couldn’t be more grateful thank you to everyone

Got an appointment with the physio within a week for a shoulder problem. He was great. Very helpful and super friendly. The reception could do with a friendlier face or two though.

Efficient, professional caring staff. I received notification of screening by text and kit arrived in post and notified of result 2 weeks later. I received notification of flu jab and appointment made to co-inside with 5 yearly screening. Medical staff member who administed flu jab and screening was absolutely wonderful, professional and reassuring , even made me laugh to release my nervous tension. She also did my blood pressure test etc. To update my records while I was there. Reception informed me the pharmacy across the road from the surgery does walk-in Covid injections. So I went and had my covid jab. I feel the practice is proactive at encouraging and supporting us to be and stay healthy. Thank you to all the staff.

Amid my recent medical problem I’ve experienced a very caring attitude of the doctor, immediate referrals written, great communication between medical team and myself. Immediate review of results. Immediate follow ups. Very helpful receptionist. All doing beyond what was expected and in very efficient way.
