I`m a patient of Hyde Park Surgery for the last 2 years. I was lucky to meet Dr S a m E d w a r d’s on my first appointment and since that time he looked after me. I would like to say thank you to whole stuff for the great service so far but Dr E d w a r d provided exceptional health care which is why I’ve decided to send this email to you and praise him the most. His friendly manners, proactive approach and willingness to help allowed me to recover from an illness and get back on track with my fitness. I wish NHS would appoint more people like him.

Very courteous, efficient and empathic service from the reception staff with a willingness to follow-up and double check details / test results / referrals, going the extra mile by phoning later too.

Recent flare up of long term medical condition. Attended face to face appointment where Dr seen was very attentive, listened to what I was dealing with, and took action immediately. During this period of time, I have received excellent, attentive and empathetic care, and I really feel the Dr has taken the situation seriously

I had some travel vaccines done for my trip, the receptionist on the phone and the nurse who administered the vaccines were very kind and knowledgeable and helped identify what vaccines were ok not to have, would require a booster or I haven't had. I've also seen a physiotherapist who practices there on Tuesdays on a couple of occasions, the doctor was also very understanding and supportive, recommended some targeted exercises and even referred me to further specialist support and a scan. As a patient, I am very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism i am being treated with. Thank you!

Receptionist amazing, polite, helpful and friendly. The doctor I saw listened, explained everything to me and didn't rush me. It made me feel like a real person not just a number! Highly recommend!

Receptionist that starts with A (ngela)went above and beyond to find my appointment. Had an appointment at my old GP but couldn’t remember the date of, she was able to trace it and get back to me in super quick time. Really outstanding customer service and I really appreciate it! Makes a huge change from other doctor surgery receptionists who are arsey!

The reception team were really helpful today when I asked for a copy of my vaccination records. I've contacted the surgery in the past looking for an appointment, and they've been very kind when helping me get an appointment if I need one, or dealing with my request without an appointment if not needed. This has been really useful when obtaining records or repeat prescriptions quickly. The reception staff, as well as the clinical staff, are always polite and efficient.

I came in late Thursday afternoon to register. The receptionist instantly made me feel welcomed. I stayed a while in the waiting area to fill out the form and she listened to every person with kindness and patience. She was very knowledgeable. I can tell this is a surgery which wants to actually help its patients and has a heart.

I phoned up with symptoms of sinusitis. The receptionist was very kind and managed my request well -she recommended speaking help from the pharmacy she triaged my symptoms and then created a referral for me. It was quick and meant that I could receive treatment promptly without taking up a valuable GP appointment. She was extremely helpful, kind and professional throughout! The friendliest reception team I have had at a GP surgery! Thank you!
