The first appointment I had was changed to face to face from the telephone call I had booked, but nobody told me the change had been made. Today's appointment was face to face, I turned up early and stood behind someone explaining repeatedly to the receptionist what the Dr had said about their meds, but which hadn't been actioned. By the time it got to my check in, the receptionist told me I was on the wrong site, and that the appointment was in Knowle Green. I asked how I would have know that. Again, my bad for not knowing what I didn't know. There wasn't enough time at that point for me to get to the other site. Two failed attempts at an appointment later, I came home and changed surgery.

Twice now I have had my appointments cancelled, twice in one week which has now delayed my treatment further. Really disappointing when you are told you need something medical to help yourself feel better to then try and help yourself to have it cancelled twice. The first cancellation was over the phone the day before however the second one, I had walked 35 minutes to the surgery, checked in and was sat in the waiting room for them to come and tell me the appointment was cancelled. I think that is absolutely appalling. I have further appointments but how can I trust that the same thing won’t happen next week? Really quite upset about the whole thing.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I am very sorry for the inconvenience which was caused. We take all feedback very seriously and share this with our team to ensure the whole team learn from areas where we have not met the high standards of customer service we expect. I have now responded formally to you by letter and can assure you that we have made some changes to our practice to try to ensure these events do not reoccur.

The worst center I have ever registered in. Repeated appointment cancellations. Unfriendly treatment. They get angry. I am suffering a lot from appointments and doctors there. I will cancel with them. When I call for an appointment, they do not send a message, and my English is weak. Also, before the appointment, it is cancelled for me. This has happened more than four times.

Ive tried to call and get some informations over the phone prior a surgery and one of the receptionist is extremely rude even on the phone. She was not listening to my enquiry and emphasised that i have to call at 8am for an appointment with doctors - but i wasn't asking for an appointment with doctors! I just need them to help with information regards an exame done last week. If you are not happy with your work move on and give someone a chance to be better than you are as a human. Disgraceful area to live.

I’ve registered to this GP for a year and doctors are helpful. However, one of the receptionist is extremely rude even on the phone. She was not listening to my enquiry and emphasised that i have to call at 8am for an appointment with doctors - but i wasnt asking for an appointment with doctors!!!! I just need them to help with my prescription and I have done this once before without making an appointment with doctors. I do not even have time to explain and she cut me off!

Really great care from the doctors and staff at this GP practice. The reception team have been very helpful when we have had urgent medical issues, or problems accessing vital medicines or getting GP appts. The nurses, pharmacy team and doctors have all supported myself and my husband with various chronic health problems during the year. All surgeries are oversubscribed and struggling to cope, and this one is probably no different, but despite that we have always managed to get what we needed, and some staff have gone the extra mile to help us in 2022. Thank you very much.
