    Had an appointment with a physio and she was incredibly helpful at diagnosing and assisting with my condition. I also received communication straight after completing an online triage form with very quick appointment options

    Thank you for being such a friendly & caring team. I came in for a blood test today & was quite anxious My nurse was so lovely & understanding. She immediately put me at ease & took my bloods while keeping me chatting. It was a pleasure seeing her today. Thank you so much. You are an asset to this wonderful surgery & all the team 💙

    I filled in the on line form (this seemed a lot more straightforward than when i had previously tried it) and then was phoned back within a couple of hours. I was offered an appointment that day. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was offered an urgent physio appointment which is tomorrow!

    Easy to access appointment system online and phone call soon afterwards with a date and time to see a doctor particularly interested in my condition. Very reassuring rather than just being offered the next available time with any available doctor.

    Used the new system today and was impressed. Filled in form online and actually saw GP approx one hour later. No long queuing for phone to be answered, much better than before and actually saw a dr .

    Fantastic service this morning. After filling in the online form at 8am this morning. I had spoken to a doctor within 30 minutes. The doctor was so lovely and understanding about my daughter’s skin problem. Great service and I will definitely recommend it.

    I telephoned this morning to report an ongoing health issue. Within fifteen minutes I had received a call back and a health questionnaire to complete. Within the hour I had seen a Doctor who thoroughly examined me and prescribed treatment. I am so grateful as the health problem is distressing and uncomfortable. I was very pleased with the high standard of care received. Thank you.

    I rang the practice after lunch and had blood tests and heart monitor done by 4pm . The doctor sent me an e mail that evening with result of ecg and again at 8am with blood results. Immediate referral to specialist . Reception staff helpful, hca polite and good Doctor excellent Thank you
