    The pharmacist didn't call at the time the appointment is booked for. I understand if it was a later time, but if an appointment was booked for a specific time, you can't just call earlier than specified and then tell the patient to rebook because they didn't pick up earlier than the appointment was meant to be had. Thats's like blaming a patient for not coming earlier than scheduled for a physical appointment. If a call could take place earlier, then let the patient know when booking the appointment.

    I don’t know today’s event is isolated one or not I had issues in the past, waiting for prescription to be sent to pharmacy for 3 days, on number of occasions had to chase just to get prescription sent to pharmacy that was meant to be issued the same day, however today I was blown away, on Monday I opened consultation via What’s up about ear infection, ( recently had ENT appointment ) so had one outstanding prescription from ENT and also had ongoing ear infection. When I went to collect it to my surprise they only issued prescription from ENT but nothing for current ear infection, today I opened another consultation to get antibiotic for ear infection, was asked a number of questions and all of the sudden can I come in at 14:25 today, all I said was no I’m at work and can make it today for 16:45, the next thing I know I get an answer, “we don’t have any appointments after this time, please attend urgent care” got sent two links, one of them don’t work. And Your ChatDoc consultation is complete! So, no prescription, not even a question if I can come in tomorrow morning, simply can’t do anything and look for help elsewhere. I will be sending formal complaint as I think I got to the point where enough is enough. Draw your own conclustions.

    The WhatsApp service is quick, efficient and easy to use. I've found it really handy for booking appointments and would recommend it to others.

  4. Review titled ICO are transforming GP access

    At first I was very sceptical in using this technology however it is proving very useful and reliable for non urgent assessment due to prompt reply. I like the fact I can get help for issues regarding my children without having to take time out of school. Only issue is telephone consultations should be given a protected time slot making it easier to know when to be available. ICO are transforming GP access for the local Lewisham/Downham community.

    Great practise with extremely friendly and experienced staff. The doctors at the surgery are very efficient, show empathy and make time to listen to my concerns. The new doctaly app is amazing! On several occasions my problems have been delt with on the sane day or next working day.

    The response time is very slow and bad and also very confusing when you're picking the options and if you are not educated in using technology is difficult to understand.

    Started on Saturday they responded first thing monday morning with my queries by 14.42pm all done appointment made repeat prescription sent as was not urgent pleased

    Using the WhatsApp has certainly improved relationships with the practice. It has become extremely easier to contact a doctor and obtain an appointment for a consultation.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the WhatsApp service I received today. I was even offered an appointment for the same day!!

    can get an appointment when needed the new wattsapp is brilliant can report illness before surgery opens which means not sitting on phone for an hour waiting for someone to pick up and then say no appointments left
