    Sure, the registration process was very easy and fast, I’ve got a confirmation of being registered within 1 day. It usually takes more than that. The WhatsApp service was great as I was able to show pictures of the problem and the doctor got back to me asking to take my daughter the next day. I work in a tech company and it’s great to see tech innovation in the health industry as it helps to deliver and heal patients in a more efficient way

    ICO have recently introduced a service where you can WhatsApp to ask for advice, repeat prescriptions, request an appointment etc. I've found it really helpful and much faster and easier than calling and waiting for ages on hold! One time, I had a chat via WhatsApp message and they sent a prescription straight to the pharmacy. When needed, I've always been given an appointment within a couple of days, sometimes the same day using the WhatsApp chat. Love it.

    It was good, particularly because there's a way to book an appointment without having to queue on the telephone line. It was particularly handy today as I've lost my voice and couldn't call the practice

    I received a text after taking a blood test to inform me that I had diabetes. There was no advice of what action I needed to take, apart from another test in 2-3 weeks time. I contacted them via WhatsApp and in the meantime I looked up on the web what I needed to do. Very disappointed that the advice was not attached in the first place. In future I will just look up on the web for medical advice

    I would recommend the ico clinic in Downham to friends and family I’m very very happy with the WhatsApp service and would highly recommend this service I always manage to get an appt for my little boy especially and I’m very happy with all the Doctors in the clinic Having the WhatsApp group gives me piece of mind as I’m always able to speak to someone for advice Very pleased with this service and hoping it will stay and continue

    I really like that you can use whatsapp for queries. It is easy. However, it would be good if you wouldn't have to answer so many questions to start with every time

    Thank you for the review and for using the new ChatDoc service. Good to hear you found it easy to use. To address your point around the number of questions, this is something we have worked very hard on to find the right balance. Too many questions and patients will be frsustrated and stop using it - but too few questions and the team at the practice don't have enough detail to properly help the patient quickly. We are constantly looking at the way the chatbot works to optimise and improve it and we have plans to make the patient identification section shorter. Please keep an eye out for improvements the next time you use the service. Thanks again. The ICO Team.
