    It can be extremely difficult trying to book an appointment by phone, yesterday I use the wats app service to book appointment wasn't that bad , sometimes I found message can take days for response using this app, some improvement it now seems.

    Dear patient, We apologise it has been difficult to get appointments, great to hear it is getting better. We are targeting to respond to patients within 2 hours (during business hours) using the ChatDoc service, and if a face-to-face appointment is needed, most patients can be accommodated on the same day or next day.     I find the WhatsApp way of communicating so much easier then sitting on the phone forever at 8 o’clock in the morning while trying to get the kids ready for school

    Doctaly Assist is a fantastic service. I messaged to request an appointment for my daughter late in the evening. I got a response immediately and was informed that I would be contacted for a consultation with a health professional the next day. I was asked more information about my daughter’s condition the next morning via WhatsApp and an appointment was booked for her to be seen the same day. I found the service to be very efficient and the response time was so swift. Additionally, the responses were not automated it was an actual person which was great. This is an excellent service. It was much easier than waiting on the phone in a queue or having to call up at 8am.

    Very happy with the service I get with my GP ICO Health Group. Every member of staff are friendly and always happy to help. Having the ability to use the WhatsApp chat function to talk to my GP is Amazing! It is a great way to get in touch with the practice to get advice and book appointments. It's also a huge time saver. I'm a busy single mum with numerous Health issues at the moment so it's been a real help to me and my family.

While we know it won't suit everyone (phone will always be available!) we think it will be very convenient for many people.     I'm so grateful for all the help the doctors have given me I'm fighting losing weight and with help the doctors have prescribed me weight loss tablet to help this is a fantastic practice

    It was a great experience friendly and polite full I was given the respect and opportunity to say what I had to say and was given medication to help me with an infection I have got 100/100 would recommend the service to anybody superb.

    I prefer this WhatsApp service as it is quicker than waiting in the telephone queue. It is easy to use and since using it I have had very quick responses and advice.
