Comforting nurse through out the entire cervical smear test. She made me feel at ease and explain the short procedure extremely well. She exhibit warmth and she even got me talking about my life in a good way. I had a good experience. I will definitely recommmed her.

It’s difficult for me to go to the GP, my disability means that I don’t always understand what is happening and I get anxious and upset. Staff ensured that I wasn’t left waiting and they showed understanding to my needs, although one or two did look at bit wary. The makeover is looking good too.

Doctor was caring and open as always with my asthma . Would highly recommend the staff at Ilford medical center. Even when busy the staff still ensure you feel as if you are seen and cared for. The matter of care has not been forgotten here.

I called my Doctors surgery this morning to get an appointment and was lucky to get one 45 minutes later. I was seen on time by a Doctor, who listened to me and was very through. I had a routine examination and was told that I needed some blood tests done and an ultrasound. I would receive these forms via text. I received the blood test form within the hour and had to download and print the form. From the text I had to book my blood test which will take place locally for me tomorrow. A very swift service so far just hoping the ultrasound appointment is very soon. I have to wait for that appointment in the post. Overall a very good and efficient service thus far.

I have been registered at Ilford medical centre since I was a minor Very happy with with you’re female dr R T I’m not a frequent user of my doctors surgery however she was Very polite and thorough, just what the practice needs The reception also work well under pressure The amotsphere is very clean and comfortable

The GP was excellent. The lady at reception failed to follow her instructions. The receptionist was told that I needed a sick form. The receptionist disregarded this instruction and the GP had to leave her office to repeat her instruction. Later the same day I received a text informing mr that I am not entitled to a sick form and I had to call in reminding the reception of the conversation earlier today. I am now waiting for the reception to speak to the GP about the same matter the GP clarified at 9.30am this morning . Unbelievable!

I saw a doctor at the practice today, such a polite and pleasant person, she asked what brought me to the surgery, I explained it to her, she listened to me and was very understanding about my problem, I felt very reassured with the action plan. The young lady done some routine checks on me as well, which I was very pleased with. This lady would make a great addition to the surgery
