Symtons( pain/ jabs in the right forehead) returning after five days of antibiotics. An econsult was sent but when the symptoms got worse I rang 111( it was a Thursday afternoon); they arranged what was going to be a telephone consultation from the practice. But a practice doctor helpfully rang me on the Friday morning and asked me to come in at midday. After looking at the symptoms,she gave a contact number for an opthalmic investigation; this I have arranged for this Wednesday morning at an Evolutio Clinic( Isle of Dogs).The doctor also advised me on pain killers...The pain has not been there over the last three nights(or during the day); I take one Omeprazole in the morning and one Ibuprofen before going to bed.I am very grateful for being seen so helpfully and speedily...Let's hope we get to the cause of the jabbing pains( it was thought to be sinusitis on previous occasions).

Went for my Diabetes checks and fasting blood test. All went well and on time. The reception staff were polite and the gentleman that examined me was very professional and polite.

I was seen by a Podiatrist. I arrived slightly late for my appointment but she still saw me. She took time to listen and understand my problem and had a look at it. I asked her for a referral so I could use my private health insurance and she kindly provided me with it straight away! I was having some issues a week later and she called me back and helped resolve them. I must say she is a very caring and kind person, I know this is her job but she actually respected me as a patient and took the time to listen to me, nothing was rushed at this appointment even though I was her last patient of the day. I have never experienced this from any GP I have seen at this practice I honestly think they should learn something from her. Even when I received a phone call back from her she really went out of her way to help me and this felt nice as I felt someone is there for me. I am only leaving this review for this particular Podiatrist not the practice! Goodluck to you I hope you progress you will do really well!!!

I’d like to start off with the new calling system is incredibly incompetent and not senior-friendly at all. How are the patients supposed to get an emergency appointment in the morning when they have to go through a ridiculous selection process whereby, if you choose 0 to receive a callback, the call simply stops and you have to call back again? So hard to reach an advisor on the phone. Honestly, the practice manager or your partners should have a look into this as this is just so ridiculous. It looks like no one at this surgery is truly doing anything about the countless complaints that have been made about the receptionist. I recently underwent a blood test, and the results came back abnormal. However, I was not informed about this. I had to call myself to get any information, and no follow-up action was taken regarding these abnormal results. Additionally, I called at 8am on a Friday morning for an emergency appointment and was unable to secure one. No reason was given for this; I was simply told that the doctor said I should be seen the following week. This situation is unfair, as it requires me to wait several days despite needing urgent care. Receptionist staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. Their lack of understanding and poor communication only adds to the anxiety and worry I experience as a patient. I

Dear Patient, We want to assure you that our call system is designed to be as simple and efficient as possible. When you call, there is a brief 30-second message, followed by three options: Option 1 for appointments Option 2 for test results Option 3 for prescriptions If you do not select any option, you will still be connected to a staff member. Additionally, pressing 0 initiates a call-back function if the queue is longer than a few minutes, ensuring you don’t have to wait on hold for extended periods. Following an xray, received a phone call 2wks later, asked to come in to surgery for face to face appointment. Dr was very helpful and gave great support and advice.

I was given appointment for a full health check but the blood test only happened to report only my thyroid level. Why other blood tests, sugar levels, Liver Function Test, Lipid and other tests are not done? Shame on this Practice

I was seen today by lady doctor. She was very professional and polite. Treated me with utmost respect. Diagnosed me with care. I have had experience with various doctors at nhs - some bad some good, but this dr is amongst the top ones. Surgery and other staff in general is also good. Lately I have had to visit surgery often than anytime in past, and I never had any trouble or delay in getting access to dr.

I was seen on time + the detailed consultation was carried out in a friendly, professional manner. The reception area has been revamped in a corporate style, making it a nicer and cleaner place to await appointments.
