Attended the practice for the annual vaccination. Although it was pretty efficient in that it was timely and orderly I felt that it lacked any sort of personal interaction. The overwhelming number of staff did not seem to be the surgery’s main staff.

This practice offers the best care to its patient. The members of staff were very friendly and assisted me in every way I am very satisfied with the doctors I have been dealing with. The environment is quite conducive and relief ne of the visiting GP. I have had other GP before, but the organisation and attention to detail given me during consultation was quite assuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody yearning for a good service.

Very quick service. Been there few times and have been seen straight away. The telephone surgery is great as well. The nurses are absolutely brilliant so is the pharmacist.

Went in for flu and covid jabs. Streamlined from entrance to exit. Well organised same as last year in and out within 15 mins.

I cannot thank enough the patience, skill and expertise of the nurse today who made me not only feel at ease in a difficult situation but also was creative in seeking a solution. The Dr who joined us was highly experienced and communicative. Together they achieved an outcome which had evaded others - I am sincerely grateful to both of them. Would highly recommend.

On Hold for nearly two hours (number 6 in queue). Receptionist could not help, said a colleague would call me within an hour. Never received call. This happens all the time.

The reception is terribly rude, they don’t listen and she hang up the phone without finishing my sentence .When you order for repeat prescription they don’t care if you run out of your treatment.

Would like to thank the registration lady for sorting out a confusion over my baby reg with another surgery with baby reg at Ilford medical centre she went out of her way to help when my own surgery didn’t want to help. I even asked her if she could go and train the staff at my surgery. She was professional and as promised returned my call. Thank you if it wasn’t for her my baby would have been left without medical card.
