Today I was seen by nurse N, never in all my 30+ years of attending ilford medical center have I received such great service. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. Nurse N personality shines through in communicating with her patients. She is great at what she does and makes sure you understand everything along the way. Nurse N is an asset to Ilford medical center

I had to come in for a cervical screening. I arrived early and waited less than 3 minutes- I was seen before my appointment time. The nurse was extremely pleasant and explained everything fully. She chose to do the exam in a way that was most comfortable for me rather than convenient for her like most doctors I’ve had in the past did. Na***** is a gem and should be highly praised for her friendly, warm, professional manner. Her tone was also helpful rather than pedantic in the usual reminders of how to self care. Highly recommend.

When i came in the staff was polite and good and all but when i was sent in he rude and was rushing. He also only gave me medicine. I just didn’t like his behaviour about the way he rushed and was rude. I say the other staff is good.

I went there for my Covid and flu booster, I went straight in and had it done, no waiting or hanging around. The diabetes man was very polite, kind and very helpful. Very good experience

The morning was very well organised and I didn’t have to wait at all. Staff were pleasant and friendly- it was all very efficient and I felt welcome.

Comforting nurse through out the entire cervical smear test. She made me feel at ease and explain the short procedure extremely well. She exhibit warmth and she even got me talking about my life in a good way. I had a good experience. I will definitely recommmed her.

It’s difficult for me to go to the GP, my disability means that I don’t always understand what is happening and I get anxious and upset. Staff ensured that I wasn’t left waiting and they showed understanding to my needs, although one or two did look at bit wary. The makeover is looking good too.

Practice has improved with more facilities available such as , blood tests, pharmacist, physiotherapy. However my appointment was cancelled 3 times before I could see the physiotherapist. More training is needed for staff. Staff was unhelpful when trying to sort out my issue with trying to book an appointment.
