Review titled Worst experience
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Mustafa Cagri Abbasoglu - Posted on 27 April 2023
My wife called them for my daughter, she was crying for a 3 hours nonstop. The lady on the reception said Doctor does not want to see you, you can go to pharmacy. After i called them back to ask them how you can say doctor does not want to see and she said doctor is working half day that's why bla bla. It's unacceptable and you can ready all reviews on good for that centre. And NHS has to make some changes. I am living that area for 3 years and i never seen any positive things about that center.

Review titled Great improvement over the last few weeks.
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Ayoob Rawat - Posted on 14 March 2023
We are returning citizens and have registered with the practice a year now. Our experience up February has been very poor: We were not invited for a general face to face meeting and a check-up. We were asked to come for a blood pressure check and sent for blood tests. We were told the results were available on-line. We were asked to sent copies of our medicines and had a phone as the reason for each tablets or eye drops. The whole was put on repeat prescriptions and sent to the chemist. My spouse had terrible pain in the thumb joint and the consultation was done on-line with a anti-imflamatory gel was prescribed. We have seen a marked change over the last 2-3 weeks. My wife called in for an acute pain. She was asked to come to surgery and was given a full treatment. The simple meeting with GP makes a big difference. Having been asked to check my bllod pressure and post the results on-line, I was telephoned to be adviced that the GP will prefer to pressure to be lowered and has prescribed a new pill. We wrote to advice of a change of address and got an acknowledgement that our data has been changed within 24 hours. We hope this standard of care showed recently is maintained by the team. Kind regards Ayoob & Sooraiya Rawat

Review titled Blot on the medical landscape of United Kingdom
Rated 1 star out of 5

This surgery was our default choice, due to catchment area and proximity to our residence etc. The service has seldom been kind and professional (they have been on two occasions, will not lie), most times they make us feel shockingly un-welcome, encouraging more to stay away from them or not bother them. Right from their telephone etiquettes to their behaviour, they are the epitome of unprofessionalism and ill mannerism, very un-British! To ease pressure, a simple online request to issue an open referral for my child so that I can consult with a private practitioner hasn't been issued in the past 20 days! I am literally speechless. NHS should really reconsider an overhaul of this practice starting with better management staff.

I have young children and had to call over the festive period didn’t have emergency number so rang the surgery only to find that the surgery usual phone message when they are open kept calling but no emergency number in message as the usual message was still on as if they were open decided to stay on the line but nothing This is really bad Does the practice manager not check the phones this is disgraceful Managed to get the emergency number from another surgery phone line s maybe I will move my family to that surgery who can be bothered to put the right message. By the way this isn’t the first times my friends said it happens regular during holiday seasons Get your act together even when your closed you can’t get it right

Thanks for your feedback. The clinic telephone automated answer machine during non-working hours directs patients to NHS 111 or 999. These numbers are designed to direct you to the most appropriate services depending on the nature of emergency when the clinic is closed.

Review titled Admin systems are the worst
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by AjayP - Posted on 13 December 2022
Nothing ever gets done by the admin teams in this surgery. You have to chase them multiple times. I cannot recall a time when I have been satisfied with their response times. Promises made to issue letters or prescriptions are never kept, their 'e-consult' system is a joke - you might as well call Santa and ask for a present. I respect and appreciate all the doctors in the surgery. They are caring and give you the time. Just that they need to sack the entire office team and start again right from the top - The Surgery Manager!
