    Absolutely amazing service and care from the practice. I submitted my patch’s request and received a call to confirm my appointment that evening. Check in was simple at the screen which even indicated an estimated wait time which was minimal . The doctor was excellent, really listening to my symptoms and concerns and formulating a plan . This included bloods which she did immediately, tests to take away and changes for me to implement at home with a suggestion of a follow up appointment to discuss further management if things don’t improve. I feel I was listened too and came away feeling re assured. I really cannot fault any part of the service but praise the team for delivering such a high standard and quality of care .

    Have had a second appointment with this GP. Came to surgery feeling down in the dumps. After a refreshingly brilliant talk from Doctor I felt listened to and with great kindness and care to boot. Superb Doctors bedside manner, I would not change a thing about this Doctor, left feeling good and reassured Doctor understood the issues fully and knew precisely what needed to get done to move issues along and to resolution. Feeling blessed still that surgery has yet another very high calibre GP who genuinely cares about practice and well being of patients. Huge thanks for your time and attention, you make it look easy, however I know it's not!!

    I came for my Covid Booster vaccination at 9.03am Sunday 28th April. There was no waiting list and as soon as I had registered at reception I was immediately having my vaccination. I was out of the health centre very quickly in about five minutes. Very impressed.

    Within the difficulties being experienced by the NHS the practice has performed well and tried hard to meet the requests of the patients.There has been a shortage of nurses which they are trying hard and ha ve improved. My visits to the Docters have been met and efficiently conducted. Ihave recently had my spring Covid jab which was on time as booked and worked well .The practice gives set times for the appointment which is good and eliminates waiting.

    I have, once again, been very impressed with the Covid top-up jab service provided. From the initial notification that the service will become available, the booking of an appointment, confirmation of day and time, and the delivery of the injection on-time and with such remarkable ability by the nurse (the injection was so painless, I had to ask whether it had been done), I feel it necessary to congratulate everyone involved. You are all a splendid example of the NHS at its very best! Well done - yet again!

    My family have been registered with this practice for over 15 years and we are still very impressed with the service and care. Thankfully we do not need to see a doctor very often, but when the need arises, we have always managed to get an appointment within an appropriate time frame. Children seem to go down hill very quickly when ill, and we have been very lucky to get the right support when needed. We hear lots of complaining about problems getting appointments from practices up and down the country and feel very thankful that we are registered with such a great team.

    In a time when everyone is complaining about the NHS and GP services, I would like to do the opposite and give them praise. I was given an appointment very quickly and was dealt with efficiently and sympathetically by my GP. He referred me to a physiotherapist who again saw me quickly. She was so thorough and skilled. I am so impressed and thankful to you both for your care and consideration. Many thanks

    Calling into the practice on a Friday afternoon, as I was concerned my aunt was unwell, the receptionist made an appointment for her to see a Dr within an hour. All the staff we met were kind, considerate and professional. Although this was just before the weekend the staff all ensured that my aunt got the care and medication that she needed. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

    My experience visiting the Ilkley and Wharfedale medical practice was very impressive, quick and efficient. Speaking with friends who visited the Ilkley Moor practice, had a completely different experience!
