   Officious unhelpful and jobsworth staff, triage system that is designed to make life as difficult as possible to speak to an actual doctor, inter departmental communications are non existent. A frustrating and seemingly poorly run practice, needs a change of staff to bring updated procedures and quality communications. A real shame as it is unfortunately the only one in the area
