    Tried to Order statins through the prescription line before Christmas shutdown to be told I cannot as it is 4 days early, which includes the weekend....Really, we are going away for Christmas and apparently that is the policy, not sure what they think my mother is going to do with them, so she will be without her statins over the Christmas period, well done!! If they had let me order them today it takes 72 hours for delivery so would have then received them next week!!!

    I put my prescription in on the 11th December to pharmacy2U a couple of days later I recieved a message saying they were still waiting for my GP to approve my prescription. I had to contact my surgery on Friday as I need my anti coagulants this is ridiculous the surgery know when my medication needs renewing. I have 4 days left of my anti coagulants as I am at risk of blood clots otherwise so I hope this gets sorted quickly.

    Excellent care and treatment and was talked through the asthma review all explained very well. Also, provided my blood test results which were printed out. A thorough assessment and very happy with the outcome.

    I had an issue with a service I had been referred to and contacted my GP about my concerns at the poor service I received and they were quick at getting back to me and offering a solution.

    Attended practice for blood tests. Very pleased with how I was treated. The HCA carrying out the procedure was very caring and reassuring and made me feel relaxed throughout the visit.

    Todays visit was a good one except the car park was not open , so had to run the risk of a parking ticket . The nurse I saw was great wished you had more like her . She was quick and kind and caring . Would like to know why people who work all week , why can’t they not get a Saturday morning appointments for blood test . There are no appointments after 4 .

    Our small family GP surgery was merged into Iridium several years ago and it's just been a constat stream of frustration & poor treatment. You never see the same doctor twice so when your suffering long term problems your constantly having to explain everything from the beginning and often get given a completely different diagnosis from each person you see even though you are describing the same symptoms. And after been admitted to A&E by problem ended up been none of the things any of the 5-6 doctors I had seen at Iridium had said it was and as it turned out i'd also been perscribed tablets that made things worse for me and which shouldn't have even been prescribed for the thing that doctor said he felt it was. I've also come to find out that they have 2 sets of medical records for me at the surgery and that neither are complete and that some of the notes made by doctors i've seen have not even been done correctly & missed out big chunks of symptoms I had described to them during the consultations. It's also often difficult to even get in touch with them. I've been waiting on the phone for over an hour today trying to get in touch with the nurse. And this is a regular problem. It's just an awful practice, The worst i've ever been with in the 46 years i've been alive and i'm currently in the process of transferring to a smaller one thats been recommended by my wife's brother who also left Iridium about 2 years ago due to having similar complaints. Goodbye & good riddence!
