First of all I had my appointment at 10:20 but it’s 10:50 and I’m still waiting saying to me that the doctor couldn’t handle the time and it’s behind now but it’s happening all the time that I have appointment here. Secondly, last time after waiting half an hour they asked me 2 question without even care about my problem. Unexperienced doctors

Waited over one hour to see a doctor when I finally saw a doctor she said I can be passed on to a specialist but will take a very long time and told me to just put up with the pain and discomfort Very frustrating

The day i came the receptionist showed empathy and dignity and a vert caring manor. She remembered me from booking my appointment and made me at ease. However, the health care assistant doing my bloods was very rude and was very rough. She didnt clean the area first. Out of 10 she would have a 0

I visited my Gp surgery today for my health, I was seen by a nurse, she was very polite, professional & down to earth, she was very friendly & caring, she looked very experience at her job and did her job as quickly as she can and handled the service with real care, I had a great experience on this occasion as I felt very welcome at today’s appointment, thankyou & god bless you all at iridium medical practice.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had my contraceptive implant in today, it was done quickly from the time i booked it after the consultation and was my local doctors easy to get to. Staff were very reassuring and friendly and doctor and nurse in room with me made me feel very comfortable thank you

I rang the surgery at 8 am for an appointment, got it booked for 11 am, went to the surgery, only to be told no appointment had been booked! Receptionist asked me who I spoke to, does anyone ask that question when ringing for an appointment? Disgraceful service. They have a nurse who is not very sympathetic either.

I am trying to get the blood test results since last 4 months. They lost the one that was done in November, did another in February and the failed to give me the results. One staff says its normal and other one says its not. It's been five days I am trying to get the correct result but today I decided to give up as they really don't care about anyone's health.

I don’t understand why we book an appointment to this go because even you have a certain hour for your appointment you have to wait extra an hour. That’s what happened to me right now. My appointment should be at 11:45 and now is 12:22 and I am still waiting. That’s ridiculous
