Despite all the challenges of a growing population and reduced funding, Island Health has been providing an excellent service to our local community in the Isle of Dogs. The doctors are always helpful, always considerate and reply to consultation requests in a timely manner. Our whole family is very lucky to be looked after such a fantastic group of clinicians. The specialist nurses are also very excellent. Thank you Island Health for all you’ve done for us over the last 20 years.

Something's changed....something good ..I've been feeding back about the impossible telephone service for some time...you've changed it ..it's great! Your new patient navigators are real people who ..so far..have put me through to the right services at the right time. I wait in a q still...but it's a lot less time. Thanks for changing this ...your staff are excellent...not perfect..nothing is...sometimes I need to re state and explain...but thank you very much. This decision has transformed my experience with you. Bravo to the decision makers who have obviously listened to patient feedback.. and acted. Almost make me want to resume my career in service improvement!

After a month in which I had few phone consultation concerning about my health, I was able to book a face to face visit today. On arrival I was waiting 10 min to speak with someone about my appointment only to be told it was past my appointment and the GP wouldn’t see me. I have to reschedule another appointment again tomorrow online, taking again time off work

Sadly, I have visited this practice 3/4 times in the last month and every single time the team has been extremely polite, warm and understanding. Today the doctor ran the process with me in such a way that made me feel safe. I strongly support these techniques.

I have had two consultations recently and both doctors provided a fantastic service. They explained everything clearly and followed up with me about the way forward. Yesterday I did an online consultation at 8am, the doctor rang me back within an hour and a half and I got the medication from my local pharmacy within three hours from the initial online consult. Thank you so much.

This GP always puts the patients first and always trys to help the best they can. The receptionist today was very kind, helpful and understanding. Huge thanks to the doctor that went out of her way to see my son after a long day of having to cover hers and another absent doctor patients. I was offered help on the spot and was treated with care. Absolutely amazing doctor.

This is a GP practice that has an excellent team of General Practitioners and Allied Health Professionals. The GPs truly care for you and will go above and beyond to reach you, inform you and provide you the best medical care (even if it’s past their closing time at 7pm!). The reception staff are fantastic. During the Pandemic and post pandemic, the Practice has remained open, and despite the challenges they have faced - the level of patient care has never been compromised. The practice remains open to feedback and continues to make changes to improve the level of patient centred care available. I cannot fault the level of care I have received for the most part of the last 15 years. If only the general public truly knew the lengths you are all going to, to look after your patients under the increasing challenges the NHS faces. Thank you for always going above and beyond for me and my family.

I have had dressings done by the nursing team three times a week since I came out of hospital and the nurses have all been exemplary in their professionalism, knowledge & skills. It has been a reassuring pleasure to have been treated by them all and I always look forward to my visits to Island Health as they are working together to get me back to full health as quickly as possible.
