Medical staff are attentive and helpful. I do feel I get the right level of care but it can be difficult to get an appointment.

I find all the staff very helpful and the treatment i receive is excellent, i always get a call back on the same day, they manage to do blood test and other treatments within a good timescale

A member of staff suggested some tests, when I attended the surgery and explained there might be a difficulty I was listened to and was treated in a most professional and friendly manner, even to the door being opened for me on leaving. Would like to say thank you for a really excellent service.

Visited today for my diabetes check. Blood test weight check foot check and blood pressure all handled professionally and quick. I’m a nervous patient when it comes to blood tests but it all went smoothly

Whilst I appreciate that the practice staff are extremely busy, I don't understand why the online e-consult service to request an appointment is only available 3 hours a day - outside of this you have to wait on the phone for literally hours to maybe get through to reception if you're not cut off first. According to website, e-consult should be available almost 24/5 so I don't understand why this isn't the case. Surely it would be beneficial to both patients and staff to extend the operating hours of this service?

Dear Patient Thank you for leaving this review, we have listened to our patients and installed a new cloud base telephony system dramatically reducing call waiting times and also provides a call back system. In regards to the online consultation we can only have this open until such time that we reach capacity as we need to operate safely, unfortunately, due to high demand we reach capacity quickly.
