    Gp was very understanding and I felt very comfortable to her. I wasn’t sure about what was going on with my symptoms but she made me feel at ease. I have been going to this go practice since I was a little girl, over 20 years

    To get an appointment is a bit complicated but nevertheless quick. The GP has advised me and booked me in for follow up appointments which I am very happy about. She also sent me information which was very helpful. Thanks

    Nice and friendly staff, clean office ,and always follow up patients For example , I forgot my blood test appointment and the staff called to re booking again for another day Really appreciate their time

    Good care from the doctors, understanding and explain any diagnosis or conditions etc. very clearly. Sometimes hard to get an appointment on the day and the online booking closes within minutes as fills up fast.

    After visiting several medical centers to solve my high blood pressure problem, I found my solution in this surgery. The doctors took action quickly and diagnosed the kidney problem. Now I am undergoing treatment thanks to these professionals who work hard here in Island Heath. Thank you.

    I am so pleased with my visit today. I was seen by one of the GPs. She was very understanding to my needs, listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to treat me. She involved me in the decision making and helped me to understand the best options for treatment. She checked up on me several times and demonstrated real empathy. I’m so gretaful for the care she provided to me today. It made me feel much better than before I came to see her. Despite the systemic issues in the NHS and funding issues, Island Health is trying its best to cater for the increased population of Crossharbour. Thank you for your care and dedication everyone at the practice

    Island Health continues to be a brilliant surgery to deal with. Admittedly, the new system for getting appointments can be a little frustrating (and scary) at times , but once through the gauntlet, your Doctors are lovely, helpful and reassuring. Particular plaudits to the GP who has been caring for me recently with menopausal, gynae and exhaustion issues. She is a caring listener, and practitioner, and has made me feel a lot calmer about my situation. She removed a troublesome IUD for me, and even made me laugh at a very dark time for me just recently. I highly recommend her as a Doctor. It makes all the difference. I have confidence in her advice and personal care for me as a patient. I am 100% sure she makes all her patients feel the same. Thank you

    Today I had a call from Dr. Sonar Shah in the morning as expected. She reviewed my recent blood results with me and explained each blood test in detail and in a manner that was easy for me to follow and understood. I also shared with her a couple of other minor health concerns and she helped fix a consultation with a pactice nurse to investigate further. She also advised on a healthy diet suitable to a frequent traveller like me. All in all I had a very plaisant experience and happy how doctor-patient relationship is conducted.     I've been getting migraines with blurred vision with some other symptoms, phoned the surgery was told no appointments available and told me to go A&E, I refused to go A&E and demanded an appointment. They told me to go in straight away. The practise was empty with not one patient in the waiting area.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review we appreciate all feedback in the efforts to improve our service. You comment the surgery had no appointments available and you were signposted to attend A&E due to the symptoms you were describing this would be the correct advice to give to safeguard your wellbeing. You state this was on the phone, however, you note no patients were in the waiting room. At points during the day the appointments are telephone calls, therefore, the waiting room would look empty but I can assure you the GP's are working tirelessly. I find the comment not to be very clear if you would like to contact the surgery we will be able to look into this further and provide feedback.
