Great end to end experience from the staff who do their best to help to the genuinely caring doctor. Very pleased with the treatment our 3 year old received.

It is extremely hard to book an appointment with this GP. I have a private medical every year through work and it is impossible to ever discuss the results with my GP. The data they do have on me is inaccurate and never gets updated. I then get told to come in for blood tests and the results arent communicated with me. It all leaves me very disillusioned and wanting to go private entirely as the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing (and isnt that interested in any case as far as i can see, but just wants to have a large number of patients on the book). That said, everyone I talk to - whether receptionists or doctors are uniformly polite and helpful. Its just that nobody is keeping proper records or coordinating provision.

I’m absolutely satisfied after my last visit. The Doctor helped me to understand what exactly is the problem and the reason of pain. All is solved and I am feeling much better, hopefully soon everything will be fine.

First thing GP asked about if I have private insurance. He did not bothered at all about my 2 years old son issue but whole conversation was that he pushed me to pay privately because nhs has waiting list. Seems like NHS give GP bonuses for pushing babies for private treatments.

The receptionist were welcoming. I was late for my child vaccination appointment so the kind lady assisted me get another appointment. She was very kind. The paediatrician I found in my previous appointment was so helpful to both my baby and I. This the best Gp practice I have ever been to.Thank you guys.

I have used this surgery for 40 years along with my husband and children. The service I received for my recent appointment was first class. The doctor listened to my concerns, examined me and took appropriate action which I am more than satisfied with. We are leaving the area and are worried that we will not be able to find a

I use the e consult process which I have always found very efficient. I saw DR Wu who was understanding of my conditions and activated a plan of treatment

I had issue u been to my old GP and hospital they didn’t want to investigate the problem and keep passing me back and forward the doctor sent me to do some test but the other gps and Hospital didn’t want to do that it has been on and off for 2 yrs now
