Efficient patient centre care Holistic treatment Friendly I was able to be seen in a short space of time. The doctor was very thorough and the receptionist very friendly. I would definitely recommend recommend the service to others.

Exceptional service today because I didn’t think I would be seen at short notice, the receptionist was very helpful like all the other receptionist when I call

I was given a telephone appointment slot for my depression at 5.40pm however the gp called me twice during the day while I went to work to keep myself busy so I missed the calls, I called the surgery after work to say I needed that telephone appointment and that I could show on nhs app that my appointment slot was at 5.40pm...the receptionist pretty much told me it was own fault as the doctor tried to call me twice in the afternoon and she'd pass the message on to the doctor...I didn't receive a call back and I've been left feeling extremely vulnerable, without medication and not knowing where to turn. Why give a timeslot for an appointment if you're going to call hours earlier.

The care and treatment I receive at this practice are great. The staff are friendly and helpful, and doing a fantastic job in these challenging times.

I visited the surgery to have some stitches removed and to collect an urgent prescription referred by a hospital consultant. The surgery was one member down due to a staffing emergency, but I was attended to promptly and cheerfully. The prescription was urgent as I was going on holiday the following day. I was assured that the prescription would be emailed to my local chemist within 30 mins. I drove directly to the chemist and was able to pick up the pills immediately. This visit was representative of all my experience with the surgery over the years. The on line services are efficient, the clinic nursing staff are friendly and professional and my GP has always provided the best care and advice in all my dealings with him. The NHS is under great pressure these days and it is wonderful to see so much of the system delivering wonderful service in often difficult circumstances. Thank you

As soon as I entered on practice, staff on the enquires desk welcome me such a way that I am their family member. The information given by GP and healthcare assistance was very satisfied. Practice Manager is highly experienced . Know wonder why my surgery called is Family Practice. Very grateful to be registered .

Excellent service received from the Clinical Pharmacist who I met for the first time. I sincerely hope they stay as a great addition to the Team and along with the Principal GP and Practice Manager provide an excellent service. I have never had a bad experience and cannot thank the Team enough for the help and support received.

GP receptionists are condescending on the phone and GP doesn’t seem to care less. Was suggested website links at one of my problems and appointments have been extremely lacking and late . Waited over 8 hours for phone call.
