I recently visited my GP practice for support with my DVT diagnosis, and the experience was brilliant. My GP took the time to go through my symptoms—like the pain and swelling in my calf and ankle—explaining how apixaban would help and what to watch for. They were patient and reassuring, which made a big difference during a stressful time. The receptionist was just as great—when I called to book, they sorted an appointment quickly and were so kind, even checking how I was feeling. On the day, while I was still on crutches, the receptionist went out of their way to assist me to the toilet, which was incredibly helpful and thoughtful.

The receptionist, The nurse, The doctor everyone at Islip Manor GP is extremely supportive and cooperative. I was scared to register at this GP by reading the negative google reviews and comments but my own personal experience was exceptionally good. Highly recommend this GP.

I recently visited for a rountine check-up and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I received. The staff of the clinic were welcoming, efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend this GP to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare provider.

The reception staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism and respect. They were extremely helpful in addressing all my inquiries, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the level of service provided. The entire team is exceptional, including the clinic manager, who is deeply involved and empathetic, as well as the doctor, who provides outstanding care.

The Clinical staff at this practice are absolutely fantastic! Today I had to have my stitches removed and the Practice manager/nurse who was holding the forte whilst most of the staff were still on Christmas leave was very accommodating. As always she checked my records thoroughly and gently removed my stitches without causing me any great pain. We as a family have always had great experience with the Dr/Practice manager and HCA and they always go out of their to fulfil our needs and are very friendly making us feel at ease and for this reason even though its a bit of a distance we wish to stay with this practice. The only negative comment I would like to say is that the reception staff need to be more attentive and friendlier.

Although the surgery faced an emergency today, they handled all appointments with care and attended all calls. As my GP whom I had an appointment with was out dealing with emergencies, the nurse attended to my care, and made sure I don't need to reschedule my appointment. After I saw,the GP, even my blood test was taken immediately without having to wait and come back another time. The GP was also very attentive and listening and looked into both of my problems on the same appointment and I felt she took me seriously and listened to my concerns The surgery was very busy but the patients were all reassured that they will be looked after. Thank you

Every visit is a testament to the professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care that the entire team provides. I went for blood test and request for prescription .The blood test experience was smooth, efficient, and patient-focused. Highly recommend .

I called GP, because I had a problem with my prolonged cough(over 3 weeks) and I was told that I need my ID to relist. When I arrived process was extremely smooth and I got booked an appointment the same week. Ladies were very professional and friendly.

The pa was absolutely brilliant and so so helpful. She took my concerns very seriously, and I felt like I was really being listened to. She’s seen me a few times now, but she’s never rushed me out, and I’ve always felt so comfortable speaking to her! Would definitely recommend this gp!
