I had an appointment with one of the practitioners at the surgery this morning and everyone who assisted me were very caring & polite. I was told about my scan results and directed to a weight loss program to have a better quality of life for the future. This GPs Surgery has the most caring medical team and staff.

Required appointment after having a tonsillectomy 5 days ago and worsening pain, dizziness and generally feeling unwell. Clinician was caring, listened and after an examination it was noted I have an infection. Medication and advice given. Appreciated the thoroughness and swiftness from appointment to now having my Medication and resting

My GP practice is amazing, from the friendly and helpful reception staff to the GPs and nurses. I never have to wait for an appointment and they answer the phone very quickly. The receptionist are always quick to answer any questions and if they don't know they ask a GP to ring me back normally on the sane day. I had a consultation with one of the doctors the other day and I really felt listened to and the doctor immediately understood me. I highly recommend this practice. The staff are outstanding, I feel lucky to be a patient here. Thank you are caring and listening.

I had a medical problem which was dealt with very professionally from my initial call for an appointment right through to my GP sending me to the same day emergency care at Preston hospital I was given various tests at the GP practice before being referred the same day to hospital

I had a phone conversation with the pharmacist today on all my medications. She is incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. She answered every question thoroughly and I am extremely grateful for her care and all that the NHS does for me.

I was seen quickly and on time. The GP I saw was sympathetic and understanding. He explained about my symptoms, treatment and what today if it got worse. He explained about my course of medication and when to take it.

My new doctor is absolutely outstanding with listening skills and compassion. His communication was excellent and made me feel so comfortable in his care anyone who receives care of this man is in the best hands he needs a raise .
