Phone was answered quickly, receptionist was very helpful and made first available appointment and the Doctor was brilliant in explaining

Rang to get appointed. Doctor then rang me within 5 minutes for a consultation and asked to see me immediately. I went to centre straight away and was seen in 5 minutes.

Spoke to a GP who clearly explained in layman's terms what a complex clinical letter that I had received from Blackpool Hospital was saying. It had been written in technical terms that meant nothing to me. Didn't help that it was prepared by someone who had never met me (it referred to me as lady to start with then changed my gender to male part way through). Also the GP gave me helpful advice and reassurance on future actions that I could take if my symptoms recurred.

GP was great, listened and discussed my ongoing needs and what would be best for me. Didn't feel rushed even though there is probably loads of patients to get through. Happy with my consultation.
