I was offered the chance to join a health coach 0-5km programme for 10 weeks. It’s not something I would normally do but as it was offered by the surgery I thought I would give it a go. I am so glad I did! The health coach and team were amazing, so supportive, motivational and encouraging to all in the group and we all had different health conditions from mental health to physical health problems. Age and ability was no barrier either. It has boosted my self esteem and helped improve my fitness and weight loss. Above all, improving my mental health creating new friendships who will go on to support each other now the course has finished. A big thank you to the health coach and team at B2R as well as Ivy court surgery for having the foresight to recommend this alternative method of improving my health without another tablet. I cannot recommend this programme enough and hope when the course starts again soon that more people take part and help themselves to improve their own health.

I have had a MRI and the Pembury hospital hospital are such a wonderful hospital. I had my report back in a few days. However, it's extremely comprehensive and I am completely baffled by all the medical terms. I have been trying for over a week to get a telephone consultation with a GP and as yet have been unsuccessful despite having horrendous pain I will not be seeing as an emergency as I don't believe it is one although these are the only appointments left. Why is there never enough GP appointments???? Since the surgery refurbishment it's impossible to get a timely appointment.

Trying to book an appointment for my B12 injection used to be easy now impossible as you can’t book ahead anymore and nobody ansewers the phone !!!
