    Very upset. My partner and I have been trying for a baby for a while now and I got my blood tested for polycystic ovaries on the 22nd of June. It’s now 25th of July and I’m still waiting. Not what I want when trying to conceive is already heartbreaking enough especially when nothings being done to help. I don’t even know what to do at this point and I can’t bare to think how other women in my shoes feel… do better

I appreciate the wait between having the bloods taken and being discussed was long.     Without doubt, this is the worst practice Ive ever had the misfortune to register with. There are too many things I could mention to be honest - but for starters: Tablets going to previous address Never seen a doctor yet in over a year of being registered Follow up appt to discuss my blood results now 6 weeks after the blood tests - even some of them are abnormal. Cannot view details of previous visits, asked numerous times but told that this is not possible to see doctors/nurses comments - of course it is, as Ive always seen them when registered with previous practices. Totally useless in everything they do - I dread calling them Oh yes, the phone just rang out when I called them last after waiting 20 minutes to get to No 1 in the queue Im not sure who to complain to be honest - I did think about asking them but Im pretty sure they’ll give me the wrong number or they wouldn’t know the answer. Im now in the process of changing doctors - I really cant live with the unprofessionalism of their service
