I had a telephone appointment booked about 3 weeks ago for Wednesday 10th July at 3pm which was cancelled by phone early that morning and rearranged for the Friday 12th. At 4.30pm on that day l rang to be told it had been cancelled again and been again rescheduled for the 23rd July which was news to me as no one had rang to tell me so. So l would have had another appointment l would not have known about, if l had not rung. Communication between the surgery and the patient could do with improvement.

Was called by the surgery on Monday and told I needed stronger antibiotics, it’s now 5pm on Friday and after 2 phone calls chasing my prescription that they told me I needed, still have nothing. Disgusting

My wife rang about our 4 year daughter as she had been having a high temperature and a bad cough. My wife asked for an Appointment to see a doctor and was asked by the Receptionist if it was really Necessary for our daughter to see a doctor because apparently according to the none medically trained receptionist a temperature of 39°c in a 4 year old is normal We Eventually got to see the nurse who said ny daughter had a virus and we should continue with calpole and to come back if her temperature spikes again Last night her temperature spiked again and we had to take her to the hospital where she was Diagnosed with tonsillitis and finally given some antibiotics Absolutely Appalling service the manger of that practice needs to remind her Reception staff what there role and job Actually is

Impossible to get any sort of appointment. Receptionist extremely unhelpful and dismissive when you finally manage to get through on the telephone. I found very humiliating questioning me on the phone regarding my need to see a gp. Basically, the receptionist decides whether or not a person needs medical attention.

terrible horrible rude telephone manner from the receptionist i spoke to after they messed up my repeat prescription. very very unhelpful when because of there mistake i had no medication. hopefully the person in question will act the same in front of a manager and get the sack.
