I have mobility problems as well as other ongong health conditions. I went to log in to the Online System to check things and I could not log in? I called the surgery and was told by the recptionist that I had been removed from their list of patients. They said that a letter was sent to me but I did not receive such a letter. Why didn't I also get a text from them about it? I am totally disgusted after being with and trusting the same GP for almost 20yrs.

Dreadful customer service and insufficient opening hours]. Heston Health Centre is woefully over-subscribed in a shoddy, uninviting building which is no longer fit for purpose. A plan to demolish and rebuild came to nothing a few years back. Be prepared to take an hour or two out of your working day just to try and book an appointment when you call the practice at 8 a.m.

Admin have been dismissive, just telling me to wait all day and that I would get a call. Doctor involved did not even bother to call and just shifted the urgent appointment to a later date with no communication. Would not recommend.

Website isn't working No E consult available I've been ok hold for 40 mins and keep getting told the wait time is 4 mins. Can't book an appointment from the front desk How is anyone supposed to get an appointment?
